Kindergarten, Early & Late French Immersion, and New Students Registration for September 2011

All children born in 2006 may start school in September, 2011. All registrations will be at your neighbourhood school. For French Immersion Kindergarten registration, in the Belmont Zone register at École John Stubbs Memorial School and in the Milne’s Landing Zone, register at École Poirier Elementary School.For Late French Immersion registration, register at École John Stubbs Memorial School.

Mother Goose Program at Savory Elementary

The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program is a group experience for parents and their young children which focuses on the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs and stories. The program will run from January 19th to March 9th, 2011.

Board Office Phone System - Update

The wind storm on Monday, November 15, 2010 caused a power failure at our Administration Office that corrupted our telephone/voicemail system. We apologize for the inconvenience the loss of our voicemail system has created and hope to have full service restored shortly.

Snow Update - All Schools Open - November 25

Thursday November 25th is a half day for students as parent teacher interviews are scheduled today. Schools will be open though bus routes may take longer to complete today. Parents in isolated or rural areas may wish to have their child picked up on a main road and should ensure their child is picked up before leaving them at the bus stop.
