I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of you a very safe and happy Spring Break.  I hope that you all have a super week and I look forward to seeing all of you back at Colwood on Monday, March 26th.

Parents and staff from SD 62 are invited to attend the Transportation and Finance Committee meeting slated for Tuesday, March 27th.  The Transportation committee will begin at 7:00 PM and will be followed by the Finance Committee.  Both meetings will take place in the board room at the school board office and will conclude prior to 8:30 PM.

On behalf of the students and staff of Colwood Elementary School I would like to thank Ms. Ritchie and all of the students involved with the Belmont Dance Academy for performing at our school today.  The Colwood students loved the performance.  This performance was the finale of what has been a four week introduction to hip hop dance for our intermediate students.  Thanks again!

Despite coming up a tad short on the scoreboard last night our Girls basketball team played a fantastic game.  The girls demonstrated super sportsmanship and did our school proud.  Well done!
