Warm Wishes for the Holiday from Superintendent Block

Date

Dear Students and Families,

As we head into the holiday break, I wanted to check in and wish you well. I hope the coming days give you some time to slow down, take a breath, and spend time doing things that matter to you and your family, whether that’s resting, getting outside, connecting with others, or simply enjoying a change of pace.

To our students, thank you for the effort you’ve put in so far this year. School takes work, and we see the focus, persistence, and care you bring each day. As we move into the second half of the school year, let’s continue to support one another and give our best effort moving forward.

And to parents and caregivers, thank you. Thank you for the lunches, the reading at bedtime, the early mornings, the help with math homework and formulas you don’t quite remember, the drop-offs and pick-ups, the walks to school, and all the little things that often go unseen but make a huge difference. Your support and care are not only important to your children, but they also positively impact the well-being of classrooms and school communities.

Wishing you a safe and restful holiday break.

Sincerely,

Paul
