MyEducation BC (MyEd) Access
If you need to check student information, you can still log into your MyEd account. If you experience difficulty accessing your MyEd account, please contact your child's school when they return from Spring Break for assistance.
Issue with School or District Site
If you need to report a facility-related issue during Spring Break such as vandalism, a broken sprinkler, alarms sounding, lights left on, or other concerns at a school or district site, please email facilities@sd62.bc.ca.
This account is monitored Monday through Friday. Please note that responses may be delayed during Spring Break due to reduced staffing. In case of emergency, please contact the appropriate service directly:
RCMP - Call 911 for emergencies or your local non-emergency police line (Sooke 250-642-5241 or Westshore 250-474-2264).
BC Hydro - For power outages, damaged power lines, or electrical hazards.
FortisBC - For suspected gas leaks or gas-related emergencies.
