Getting Started

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your MyEdBC Parent Portal password, select "I forgot my password" on the login screen. A temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

Important: When logging in for the first time or after resetting your password, please use a laptop or desktop computer. Do not use a cell phone, iPad, or tablet for the initial login. Once your account has been successfully set up, you can access the MyEdBC Family Portal from a mobile device.

First-Time Login

If you have never logged in to the MyEdBC Parent Portal before, your account will have been created with a temporary password. You can look up your temporary password on our SD62 Parent Portal, which can be accessed by verifying the e-mail address we have on file for you.
