The applicant must have attended Journey Middle School for at least two years, and be planning to pursue post secondary education in the upcoming school year. The winner of the award will be determined not only by academics, but by school activities and community involvement. The student’s finances and family circumstances have no bearing on the award. The scholarship will be awarded upon proof of registration at a post secondary institution. Total score out of a possible 18 points: 8 points based on Grade 12 GPA, 10 points for school and community involvement.
